From the vine to the glass
Maturing in new barrels and one-wine barrels for a minimum of 12 months.
Gentle vinification techniques were used, by cap punching used to better control the vintage.
The different grape varieties matured fully, thanks to August and September being both relatively dry months but without excessive heat..
“Château Capet Guillet 2015. Quite good colour with maturity on the rim, shows the warmth of 2015, quite rounded Merlot fruit, good fruit and energy.”
